I AM ALIVE. I cannot, CANNOT, believe I'm done with the UPCAT. Let me just say this... Math. Math. Math. Crucial, Bloody, Killer, Buller to the Shotgun... That's what it was. I'm just glad I got it over with already. Okay. SO... Let me put it in like chapter form.
Aug. 2, 2008- (the morning jitters) Patti woke up before her alarm did. Right about 6.00 AM. She read her text messages. Most of which were GOODLUCKS FOR THE UPCAT. She wasn't nervous, but yes, it was finally sinking in. She remembered her BFF, B, she was gonna take the morning UPCAT. Patti decided to text her goodluck, B replied fast. Apparently, someone they both know was in front of her in the line. HOW LUCKY IS SHE?! Haha. Anyway, moving forward. 2 lovely friends of Patti were riding with her. Fun times it will be! Bea arrived before call time, good girl. Che, on the other hand, was the only thing unchecked in the list, but she wasn't that late. ;) The 3 left with the driver... No traffic. What a surprise. They must be early. 8.30. sort of. They decided to pass by Jollibee. They bought their Crispy Chicken Burgers and went off again. While on the road, they started eating. Patti felt puke-ish. It must be the butterflies. They arrived in UP right before 10. They decided to separate chairs. Bea in the front seat, Patti in the whole passenger row, and Che occupied the back row. It was a house! They tried sleeping. Unfortunately, only Bea was succesful. Patti just turned and turned. Che was just lying down with her eyes closed. Finally, the 3 had to separate ways. They went to their buildings, lined up and when they were finally gonna take the test... The butterflies were goners. The test was neck-aching. More than anything. After the test, the girls were hungry. They ate in Teriyaki Boy and ordered 6 meals. 3 petite girls, 1000. How hungry were they? They also wanted to go to a spa. And so, the 3 went to Patti's house and walked to the spa. They had a swedish massage. Heavenly. Another friend of theirs, Mike, came. They walked back to Patti's house and just bummed. The 2 girls left so Patti and Mike just went ballistically vain. At around 11.50, Mike left the building. (Haha, no, not a bulding). It was a fun day. Patti wouldn't have survived it without her friends.
AUG. 3, 2008- The morning after. Patti is now blogging, she needs to study but then she feels the urge to doze off in her bed. Too bad. But then, being the good girl that she is (EHEM), she will study after blogging.
